Air conditioning of the Wallbox corporate headquarters

In line with its commitment to sustainability and innovation, Wallbox carried out a comprehensive renovation of its 11,000 m² headquarters on Calle del Foc in Barcelona, prioritizing design, the application of new technologies, and the use of eco‑efficient materials.

To improve indoor air quality, we installed 8 high‑efficiency Daitsu HRD V EC4000 enthalpy heat recovery units and an air handling unit (AHU) CTA72, with a flow of 8,000 m³/h.

Installed equipment: 4 Clint chillers, 1 HT30, 3 Daitsu heat recovery units, 1 Klimor AHU, 5 Fujitsu VRF systems

The new Wallbox factory has a production capacity of around 750,000 chargers per year to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles. To supply domestic hot water in the office and changing room areas, a Daitsu HT30 heat pump, specially designed for medium and large hot water demands, was installed.

The building takes into account indoor air quality, featuring 3 Daitsu HRD V EC4000 enthalpy heat recovery units and a Daitsu EVO-S 600 air handling unit, with 20 kW nominal power and 5,000 m³/h flow rate.

The Ocean Drive Madrid Hotel, located opposite the Royal Opera House, comprises 72 rooms as well as a lobby bar, restaurant with interior garden terrace, co‑working area, and the OD Sky Bar with pool and solarium.

The goal was to air condition the space while minimizing energy demand. This was achieved by installing air conditioning systems throughout the hotel, along with Daitsu HRD EC heat recovery units and air purifiers. As a result, Ocean Drive Madrid received official recognition at the 2019 Re‑Think Awards as the best project in hotel sustainability and renovation in Spain.

Implementation of an AHU at Los Ciruelos student residence

Installed equipment: 1 AHU, 1 VRF system, 1 HT48

The project involved the commissioning of an EVO‑S AHU in a student residence located in Alcorcón (Madrid), together with a complete air to water system and a Daitsu HT48 to provide 360º coverage for the client’s needs.

The project was carried out by Yara 1999 SL, a technical services company specializing in architecture, engineering, and installation.

Installed equipment: 4 multitask Urban air to water units

The objective was to provide air to water units to meet the heating, cooling, and DHW demand of 64 homes in Los Molinos. For this, 64 Urban units were installed, providing 640 kW of power, storage of 12,160 liters of water, and ensuring daily coverage of 7,168 liters of DHW.
